Camp Tentative Schedule

MONDAY DEC 29^TH

 8:00-12:00pm: Compulsory Test (optional)

2:00pm-5:00pm:  Physical Abilities Practice Test & Open Training

5:00-7:00pm Presentations by different Clinicians (Coaches Education)

DINNER PROVIDED

TUESDAY DEC 30^th

8:30am-5:00pm Structured Training & Clinics (Coaches Education)

LUNCH & DINNER PROVIDED

Athletes Social at Gym

WEDNESDAY DEC 31

8:30am -1:00pm  Structured Training

The Objective of the Camp will be to educate & disseminate valuable information to potential Pre Elite Gymnasts and Coaches involved or wanting to get involved in the Pre Elite- HOPEs-TOP Programs.

Cost:  $200 Camp & Compulsory Test / $75 only Test
